TGI Friday’s is at Wisma Jotic in Jalan Ayer Molek area of town centre. In terms of business, it is a successful restaurant. However, in terms of service and food, it cannot feature among the top dining venues in Johor Bahru. In fact, the quality of food and the standard of service have gown down on the graph. Friday’s underwent renovation recently. It has uplifted its look and feel of the restaurant but obviously cannot change the technical aspects. Food is decent but the expensive price makes it hard to digest. Staffs are friendly but can improve in catering.
