Johor Premium Outlet is the central shopping centre located at Iskandar area in Kulaijaya district. It is a luxury premium outlet and the first of its kind in the South East Asian region.

The shopping centre itself is a major step towards giving a boost to tourism in Malaysia. Apart from being a great shopping complex, the Johor Premium Outlet is a spot that attracts tourists and travellers throughout the year. The locals do visit the shopping complex, but most of the crowd is composed of the outsiders.

Luxurious Shopping

Shopping is phenomenal at Johor Premium Outlet and people, in few cases, visit Malaysia solely for shopping at this luxurious complex. You will get the world’s top brands under one roof. The stores are high end and luxurious. Local Malaysian brands and products are available too. You will find everything starting from garments and goods to shoes.

Water Feature

You can see simple water features at the center of the shopping complex. One has a very small pool and a small fountains. The architecture of the feature evokes a natural feel. Another water feature in front of the Adidas store has slightly higher fountains.

Green Landscape

Artificially created green landscape is common in the Premium Outlet, giving you the feeling of shopping in the greenery. Palm trees have been planted to shade the benches for the visitors to sit and rest.

Food Court

The food court of the shopping complex offers a rather elegant entrance as compared that in the malls and other shopping complexes. The entrance of the food court shows the influence of colonial style of architecture.

How to get to the Outlet?

If you plan to visit the Johor Premium Outlet by car from Woodlands at Singapore, it would take about 30 minutes. It takes almost three hours to reach the premium outlet from Kuala Lumpur by car. There are bus routes as well between the shopping complex and Kuala Lumpur. However, taking the bus route would take four hours to reach the premium outlet. There is yet another alternative route which is flying to the airport of Senai, which is about 20km away and you can take a taxi to the outlet.
